I am very pleased with this energy ring. It is made of aluminium, so it is not heavy at all. It can be easily stored under a bed. I received it a few days ago and I am using it gradually, starting with five element plates, before switching to 8 element ones. I can confirm that it has an energizing effect. According to Kolzov using the energy ring also restores the bio-field. It is better to use it in the morning, or the early afternoon because one may go to bed and feel too energetic to fall asleep.
